Really good. Comfortable room and bed. Coffee , tea and bottled water, along with gels for the shower. Made to feel welcome.

Came to visit my god mother, and pleased to say the team are so accommodating and helpful and really look after her. Great High ceilings well maintained clean room. Quite bigger room than other budget hotel rooms. We stayed on ground floor Room 1. My toddler did enjoy greatly just running around the room. Also hotel in great location, near-by the sea front with good walking routes even with a stroller. Would love to go back again if we plan to be in Folkestone next time.
I was with 6 germans and we stayed on a Sunday for one night 1st of June 2025. The instruction was to check in at the bar which was full of guests from a music Festival which had just finished near the Hotel. The Manager personally showed us the rooms and took time out for any questions. There was a band playing till early evening and then after they finished was a Karaoke evening. All the staff were really friendly and the Guinness was excellent. The rooms were clean with a Kettle for tea and Coffee. The Location was excellent overlooking the sea and the town centre was only about 5 minutes away. Regards. Anthony Donovan
What a lovely quaint hotel. There's only 10 or so rooms so better suited to a description of Bed and Breakfast. As a townhouse the tops rooms are very high [like many buildings in the town]. Lovely chap greeted us with such warmth and he delivered excellent customer service, especially as the lock needed replacing on our room door, he rounded up a team and in less than 5 minutes a new look was installed and we could get on eith our day! As others have said, bed linen, towels, showr mat were all pristine and were incredibly fresh (I make a point to sniff them!). The basin in the room is helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are paperthin and the large gap under the entrance door didn't help but for just one night it was perfectly fine. Cheap accommodation is hard to find in Folkestone and this place delivered very well. Thank you Team!
Great value for money. Bed comfy and room was clean and spacious. Would recommend. No breakfast but plenty of places in tne area. The attached bar had a great atmosphere and staff were brilliant.
